Clause 1

Interpretation and Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the ali88 website accessible at ali88.run and all services provided through it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the ali88 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a member to access platform services.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited or held in a member's account, including cash and bonuses.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, cashback or other reward given to a member subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of bets that must be completed before a bonus or winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

Clause 2

Account Registration and Eligibility

Account registration at ali88 is subject to the following conditions that every prospective member must meet:

• You must be at least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• All information provided during the registration process, including full name, mobile number and email, must be accurate, current and your own.
• ali88 reserves the right to request a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or other identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes.
• Registering an account automatically means you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated in this document.

Clause 3

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the ali88 platform are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit is RM10 for each available payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to account review policy.
• ali88 does not charge any internal transaction fees; however, some payment providers may impose their own charges which are outside our control.
• Any attempt to process transactions using third-party accounts or false financial information will result in immediate account closure.

Clause 4

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by ali88 are subject to the following specific conditions:

• Welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 with an account balance of RM200 and a wagering requirement of RM2,000 (RM100 × 20 times).
• For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM2,200 gives a bonus of RM1,000 with an account balance of RM3,200 and a wagering requirement of RM20,000 (RM1,000 × 20 times).
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and must be wagered according to the set ratio before winnings can be claimed.
• ali88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, including hedge betting or betting strategies designed to exploit promotions.
• Other promotions such as the VIP cashback programme, birthday rewards and referral bonuses are subject to their respective conditions stated in the relevant promotion details.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim the same bonus through different accounts is prohibited.

Clause 5

VIP Programme and Cashback

The ali88 VIP programme consists of five membership tiers offering different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Progress between VIP tiers depends on a member's betting activity over time. ali88 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with reasonable notice to affected members.

Clause 6

Game Rules and Results

All games available on the ali88 platform follow these guidelines:

• All game results are final once a round is completed. Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled or modified after a round begins.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or service disruption during a game round, ali88 will take reasonable steps to fairly resolve any unsettled bets.
• Results generated by a certified random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any glitch, obvious technical error or mistake that causes an abnormal payout may be voided by ali88 without prior notice.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before playing.

Clause 7

User Conduct and Prohibitions

All members are required to act with respect and transparency when using the ali88 platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• The use of automation software, bots or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt or breach the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Sharing your account login details with others or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Making false claims, sending misleading information to the support team, or attempting to obtain unauthorised refunds.
• Any form of collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino games.

Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances in the account, including pending withdrawals.

Clause 8

Privacy and Data Protection

ali88 is committed to protecting the personal information of all members. The handling of your personal data is subject to our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions in their entirety. By registering an account, you agree that:

• Your personal information will be used solely for account management, transaction processing and service communications.
• ali88 uses SSL encryption and appropriate technical security measures to protect your data.
• Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or the relevant authorities.

Clause 9

Responsible Gambling

ali88 takes its responsibility in promoting responsible gambling seriously. We provide several tools to help members manage their betting habits:

• The ability to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• A self-exclusion option for members who wish to take a break from the platform for a set period of time.

Clause 10

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ali88 is not liable for:

• Any technical disruptions, internet service outages or issues beyond ali88's control that affect access to the platform.
• Any losses arising from use of the platform that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by members, even if ali88 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including game providers or payment providers, that are beyond ali88's direct control.

Clause 11

Account Closure and Suspension

A member's account may be closed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• At the member's own request through the customer support channel.
• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, including fraud, bonus abuse or illegal activity.
• When there is a need to comply with legal obligations or directions from the relevant authorities.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the established policy.

For closures at the member's request, any remaining cash balance will be returned once all verification requirements have been met and active bets have been settled.

Clause 12

Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise relating to the ali88 platform, the following procedure shall be followed:

• Members must first contact the ali88 customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to resolve the dispute internally.
• ali88 undertakes to investigate every complaint thoroughly and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
• Decisions made by ali88 management after the investigation is complete are final.
• All disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the relevant international regulatory body for arbitration.

Clause 13

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

ali88 reserves the right to amend, update or improve these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we are committed to:

• Displaying the latest version of these terms and conditions on the website with a clearly shown update date.
• Notifying active members of material changes through appropriate communication channels where practicable.
• Providing reasonable notice for changes that have a significant impact on existing members.

Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account.

Clause 14

Law and Jurisdiction

The ali88 platform operates under a recognised international licence. These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is registered. By using ali88's services, you acknowledge and agree that any related legal action will be resolved within the jurisdiction designated by the relevant regulatory body.
